›How does ordering work?
Pick a theme, customise the pack in the builder, and send us a request — there's no online payment. We check availability and confirm your order, the final price and delivery within 24 hours. Nothing is booked until we've confirmed, so there are no surprises on either side.
›Where do you deliver?
We deliver across Harare. If you're just outside the city, get in touch before ordering and we'll see what we can do.
›How far in advance should I order?
Please allow at least 3 days between your order and the party. More notice is always welcome — especially for large parties or busy weekends.
›How do I pay?
Payment is arranged when we confirm your order — cash or EcoCash. Prices are in USD and the amount shown in the builder is an estimate until we confirm.
›My child's friend has an allergy. Can you help?
Yes — any sweet in any pack can be swapped for an alternative. Mention the allergy in your request notes and we'll flag the affected packs and confirm the swap with you before packing.
›What ages are the packs for?
Our packs are designed for children aged 2–6. When you build a pack you choose an age band (2–3 or 4–6), and every item is filtered so it's safe and fun for the youngest child at the party.
›Is there a minimum order?
Yes — a minimum of 5 packs per order. There's no maximum; for very large parties just give us a little extra notice.
›Can you do a theme you don't have on the site?
Quite possibly! Contact us with the theme, the date and the number of children, and we'll tell you what we can put together and what it would cost.
